The Certified Collection Management Professional Certification- Foundation (CCMP-F) level is open to all personnel affiliated with a Federal Agency Member of the Intelligence Community or the U.S. military. The CCMP-F is recommended for professionals working in the intelligence workforce. Candidates with experience performing collection management functions as an additional or embedded duty on behalf of (and as specified by) a DoD Component and who work toward or are occupied in full-time collection management positions for which attainment of this certification has been deemed a requirement or professional development milestone. All candidates must possess an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance at the time of the certification assessment and must be in good standing as defined by their employing Component.
