CPBA-AP® is a certification for experts overseeing the implementation of a progressive approach to Applied
Behavior Analysis (ABA) based procedures. Individuals eligible for this certification have a significant amount of
experience in ABA with a concentration in autism and an advanced degree in ABA-related disciplines. Candidates
may include individuals who are no longer providing direct service to individuals but have extensive past
experience and are in a supervisory or administrative role teaching and/or directing students, staff, and/or
employees.
