A supervisor sets the goals and action plans for the
foremen or crews, performs long-term planning, and
supports and evaluates the plans once they are in place.

trades and participates in project planning meetings with
the project manager and/or general contractor and the
different trades. The supervisor is responsible for quality
control and ensuring safety on the project. The
supervisor manages the budget of the job and manages
and coordinates material quantities and deliveries.
