The National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO), Articulating Boom Crane w/ Winch (ABW) certification is for individuals who operate articulating boom cranes such as knucklebooms or folding cranes with a winch. ABW candidates must meet eligibility requirements and pass both a written and practical exam.
