License: Athletic Trainer Temporary Permit

The Department may issue a 120 day non-renewable temporary permit to an applicant for licensure as an athletic trainer who has not yet sat for or received the results of the examination administered by the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer when the following documents have been received by the Department:
