License: Pest Control Field Representative

DESCRIPTION OF OCCUPATION: A Pest Control Field Representative can be licensed in three different pest control branches: fumigation, general pest, and termite. They are involved in the sales of pest control services, which are actually applied by pest control operators. REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSING: Experience requirements: 1) Have at least 60 hours of training and field experience under the supervision of a licensed pest control operator/RME in the branch for which license is sought. 2) Have participated in at least 25 jobs within the past 4 years in the specific branch. EXAMINATIONS: Exam administered by Prometric. FEES: $30 for application, $32 for license, and $148 for biennial compliance resolution fund. License renewal every 2 years is $64. OTHER: There were 180 licenses currently active as of February 24, 2022. ~ revised 12/19
