License: Nursing Home Administrator

License is required for all persons in nursing facility administration. Applicants must take a national and state written test. The Board gives the national exam after approval of licensure, via email (computer). The state exam is administered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Licensure is acceptable through reciprocal agreements with other states. Conditional: Active license
