To receive a Michigan Hearing Aid Dealer License, an applicant must be at least 18 years old, have completed at least two years of experience as a hearing aid salesperson under the direct supervision of a licensed hearing aid dealer, and must pass the Hearing Aid Dealer examination administered by PSI Services. The cost of the exam is $76.00. Upon meeting these requirements, the applicant must submit the Hearing Aid Dealer application along $180.00 application fee.
