To receive a Manicurist Limited Instructor License in Michigan, an applicant must first have attained a high school diploma or its equivalent, have completed at least 300 hours of instructor training and have passed the theory and practical exam administered by PSI Services. Upon completion of these requirements, an applicant can then submit an Instructor License application along with the appropriate fee ($63.00).
