License: Dental Clinical/Nonclinical Limited

To receive a Dental Clinical/Nonclinical Limited License in the State of Michigan, an applicant must graduate from a CODA/ADA-accredited dental school, must be appointed to a clinical or nonclinical academic faculty position, and take and pass a fingerprint report and criminal background check. After meeting these requirements, the applicant must submit a license application along with the appropriate fee ($53.00).
