To receive an Electrologist Limited Instructor license, an applicant must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent level of education, have a current Michigan electrologist license, must have completed at least 300 hours of instructor training, and must have passed the theory and practical examination administered by PSI. Upon meeting these requirements, a licensure application along with the appropriate fee ($63.00) should be submitted to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory affairs.
