License: Lead Abatement Worker

To receive a Lead Abatement Worker certification, an applicant must take and pass an approved lead training course. After meeting this requirement, a Certified Lead Professional application should be submitted to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services along with the initial fee ($115 to $125). Finally, the state exam must be taken within 6 months of successfully passing the training course.
