To receive a Resident Surplus Lines Producer License, an applicant must have successfully completed the Surplus Lines examination. Upon meeting this requirement, they must file an Electronic Resident Licensing application through the National Insurance Producer Registry website and remit the $110.00 license fee and $5.00 transaction fee.
