<h3>Occupational Description</h3><br>A Fireworks Jobber is any person engaged in the business of making sales of fireworks at wholesale to any other person engaged in the business of making sales at retail.<br><h3>Licensure Requirements</h3><br>All applications must be submitted electronically via the Nebraska State Fire Marshal Firework Online Portal. For licenses issued in an individuals name, rather than a business name, a Citizenship Attestation form is also required.<br><h3>Fees</h3><br>Initial License- $200.00<br><h3>Renewal</h3><br>Licenses are valid only for the calendar year in which they were issued.
