The holder of this permit can practice dental hygiene services, without the supervision of a dentist, on limited access patients. This permit allows a Dental Hygienist to render the services set forth in http://www.oregonlegislature.gov/bills_laws/lawsstatutes/2013ors680.html "Limited Access Patient" means a patient who, due to age, infirmity, or disability is unable to receive regular dental hygiene treatment in a dental office.
