Certification: Suspension Exercise Instructor

This specialty certification course teaches suspension exercise guidelines, movements and concepts. Participants will learn to use this unique form of resistance training utilizing body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and stability. This course will help instructors develop the essentials tools necessary to properly execute a variety of movements, recognize inefficiencies in movements, and learn coaching cues for teaching suspension exercise. You will leave with a full understanding to design safe and effective suspension exercise routines for both one on one and group formats.. This introductory course is designed for the fitness professional with good foundational knowledge and experience, and requires passing a practical exam to receive ISCA Suspension Exercise Instructor Certification.
