Job Opening: Samples Clerk

JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Samples Clerk position requires a motivated and organized individual whose main responsibility is maintaining the integrity of the samples inventory and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the sample fulfillment process. Below is a list of areas of responsibility, while additional responsibilities may be added at any time: *Preparing and processingsample orders and sample packets for our customers. *Prioritizingand packagingmaterials for shipment by selecting the appropriate shipping container, insertingenclosures, weighingeach package, and applyingcorrect shipping labels and performingany special handling requested by the customer as needed. *Attendingto will call orders. *Operatingcomputerized small package shipping system. *Requisitioningappropriate stock to complete fulfillment process and follows procedures to maintain proper inventory levels:responsible for stock put away, rotating out obsolete and duplicate stock, integration of new products, and requests quality control inspection as needed. *Picking up, sorting, recording, and delivering all FedEx/UPS, Sample and Corrective Action stock from the Warehouse for the office area. *Providingassistance as needed to ensure the completion of internal and customer imprint jobs, rework requests and labeling process. *Operatingimprint and grommet machinery to produce custom printed or other types of custom products according to customer specifications. *Maintaininga weekly catalog count for Marketing and requestingappropriate catalogs for price set programs. AA M/F/Veterans/Disability ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent with 6-12 months related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
