The Certified Turnaround Analyst (CTA) is a knowledge based certification designed for junior associates who are working toward their CTP, or for non-practitioners looking to equip themselves with the skills essential for corporate renewal work.

Online Exam
Each of the exams is administered electronically through TMA's web-based platform and administered by an online live proctor. Each exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions. The total testing time is 2.5 hours (150 minutes) for Accounting and Finance and Legal Principles, and 3.5 hours (210 minutes) for Management.
