The job of the computer skills specialist is to handle all the basic task to run the office efficiently, this includes, operating computer, typing, using basic software's such as word processing, data management using spreadsheets, file management, drafting presentations, installing and uninstalling software's, downloading and uploading documents, email management, web browsing and navigation, using e-commerce websites, printing documents, scanning documents, maintaining computer security, troubleshooting basic problem related to computer functions and the internet.
