Obtaining the CBP designation is beneficial for human resources professionals who design, administer and communicate their organization's employee benefits programs. In addition, the CBP will equip HR professionals with the knowledge to provide strategic considerations for evaluating and implementing company programs that meet both company and employee needs. This includes overseeing programs and initiatives that satisfy cost considerations and offer competitive advantages for the attraction, motivation and retention of employees within a total rewards framework.
